**DISCLAIMER**: Due to COVID-19, some orders may be delayed due to potential shipping limitations & delays. We are manufactured in Los Angeles & Bali and ship from Santa Clarita, CA, so far we have no limitations on shipping domestically. We will keep you updated with any changes.
UPDATE 8/5/2020: USPS is experiencing delays in tracking and delivery. Tracking may not update upwards of 48 hours after your item is picked up by mail carriers. Please keep that in mind with current estimated shipping times.

Returns Policy
To process an exchange or return, please email support@peachykeenswim.com with the following information: order number and confirmation that all original tags and liners are still attached.
Once the return or exchange is processed, you have 30 days to get your items in the mail or exchange items will not be guaranteed and returns will be store credit only.
Please note:
We currently do not generate return labels for international shipments, customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost.
We accept suits bought from Peachy Keen in new condition with tags and hygienic liners attached for a free exchange or refund, if the order is domestic, within 30 days of purchase. If the order is international, you are responsible for return shipments and costs associated with any and all returns or exchanges. Once your items are received on our end, you will receive credit back to your original form of payment. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, worn returns will not be accepted. Our Signature Suits and items on sale and/or marked final sale may not be returned or refunded. We will allow exchanges or store credit on Signature Suits.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of the order being placed. If the order has been packed and fulfilled, a $5 handling fee will be charged. If the order has already been shipped, it will need to be treated as a return. Please keep in mind that sale items are final sale and cannot be cancelled.
Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours.
Shipments do not occur on weekends or major holidays. In the event we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be a delay. If a delay occurs we will be in contact with you and keep communication open so you remain fully informed on the arrival of your order.

We ship to P.O. boxes and/or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number within 24-48 hours of your order.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Peachy Keen Swim is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Peachy Keen Swim is not liable for any products damaged, delayed, or lost during shipping. Once an item ships, it is in the hands and responsibility of the shipping carrier. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
